
What is Family Yoga?
Lots of fun and time for families to do something together! These sessions are aimed at 2-6 year olds with their parents / caregivers however the whole family is welcome no matter the age!
Yoga is intertwined with stories, games and songs to engage young children in all aspects of traditional yoga - asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation. Parents join their little ones and share in the fun, bringing out their inner child and enjoying the benefits of a yoga class too.
Friday 4-5pm at Brennan Park

Join Hannah for a mini yoga class and try pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses) and meditiation activities with your family or yourself and your inner child!
These 15 minute by donation classes will be offered every half an hour.
Suggested donation $10-15 per group - a percentage of proceeds will go towards the Squamish Legion.
